난야 5월 매출 전년비 37% 증가

Rising memory prices buoy sales at Nanya, Adata (digitimes.com)

 

A rally in memory prices boosted revenue at chipmaker Nanya Technology and module company Adata Technology in May 2021.

메모리 가격 상승은 메모리 생산업체인 난야와 메모리 모듈업체인 에이데이터의 5월 매출을 증가 시켰다.

 

Nanya has reported revenue increased about 37% on year and 2.8% sequentially to NT$7.6 billion (US$274.2 million) in May 2021. Revenue totaled NT$32.73 billion for the first five months of the year, rising 27.9% from the same period in 2020.

난야의 2021년5월 매출은 전년동월대비 37%증가, 전월대비 2.8% 증가한 2.742억달러에 달했다.

올해 5월간 누적 매출은 작년 동기간 대비 27.9% 증가한 327.3억 대만달러( 원화 약 1조3천억원)에 달했다.

 

Nanya already saw its DRAM ASPs rise 15% sequentially in the first quarter of 2021, when the company posted a 192.7% on-quarter hike in net profits. The company expects to see its DRAM ASPs continue rising in the second quarter, with about flat growth in bit shipments.

 난야는 1분기에 디램 평균 판매가가 전분기대비 15% 상승하여 순이익이 192.7% 증가하였고,

2분기에 출하량 증가는 비슷할 것이나  디램 판매가는 상승할 것으로 예상.

 

Market watchers expect Nanya to enjoy a revenue surge of more than 20% sequentially in the second quarter, judging from the company's sales performance thus far in the quarter. The chipmaker is also set to generate gross margin and profit increases sequentially during the quarter.

시장에서는 2분기 난야 매출이 1분기대비 20%이상 증가할 것으로 예상.

매출총이익과 순이익도 증가할 것으로 예상.

 

Memory module house Adata Technology has announced revenue of NT$3.63 billion for May 2021, up 39.3% on year and 0.9% on month. The company's cumulative 2021 revenue through May climbed 37.1% from a year earlier to NT$16.33 billion.

메모리 모듈 공급업체 에이데이터도 5월 매출이 전년동월대비 39.3%, 전월대비 0.9% 증가했음을 발표.

 

Adata's revenue for April and May reached a combined NT$7.235 billion, nearly 80% of its revenue for all of the first quarter. The company is set to see its second-quarter revenue outperform the prior quarter's level.

에이데이터의 4월과 5월 매출 합계는 1분기 전체 매출의 80%에 달했고, 2분기 전체 매출은 1분기 매출을 

넘어설 것으로 예상.

 

In addition to rising memory prices, strong shipments of mid- to high-density SSDs buoyed Adata's sales performance since the second quarter. The company disclosed that its SSD sales hit another record-high NT$1.43 billion in May.

게다가 지속적인 메모리 가격 상승과 SSD 출하량의 강한 증가로 2분기이후 매출 신장이 예상된다.

에이데이터는 회사의 5월 SSD 매출이 사상 최고치인 14.3억 대만달러에 달했다고 밝혔다.
